Throughout this program, we’ll be using booty resistance bands to help lift and shape your glutes, tighten and strengthen your legs, and build lower-body endurance. We’ll also target the core with dynamic abdominal workouts to tighten and define your midsection, while incorporating full-body circuit training to burn fat, boost endurance, and sculpt lean muscle.
